Benjamin Jelley | |
Achivements: | Benjamin Jelley has been a member of City of Coventry Swimming Club since 1995 and swam his way through the groups into Jo Deakins’ ‘A’ Squad before turning his attention to teaching and officiating. He began as a volunteer teacher on the Friday Learn to Swim and soon became a regular coach on the annual Devon Tour and Team Manager for the Leicester Diddy League. He is an experienced swimming teacher having taught at Jaguar Sports and Social Club, Loughborough Leisure Centre and on the Coventry Schools Programme. At sixteen Benjamin qualified as an ASA Timekeeper and followed this up by taking his Judge, Starter and Referee qualifications. He is also a Disability Official and has officiated at County, Regional and National level as well as at the UK School and International Children’s Games. |
Other: | Benjamin is currently completing his Master’s Degree in Electronics and Software Engineering at Loughborough University. |
